- This door has tested dB values estimated between 38dB to 55dB, depending on the size
- Single and double rebate frames are available
- 48mm to 55mm thick door leaf with a choice of either a flush or lipped astragal (depending on the dB rating required)
- Minimum of 5 standard fixing points on either side with an additional 2 on the head jamb for double doors
- Double skinned with interlocking strengthening seams
- Acoustic seals will vary depending on dB rating required.
- Vertical Anti Twist interlocking welded channel core
- Pre treated and Protected Grade 304 stainless steel continuous hinges
- Dense Rocksilk 45 core, plasterboard or e-coustiquilt (depending on dB rating)
- A wide range of thresholds available
- Powder Coated (pre-treated and primed as standard offering additional protection)

Steel Doors Manchester is a C5 marine grade specialist, providing unmatched corrosion protection in Steel Acoustic Doors supplied to highly corrosive and/or saline environments.
Please note this treatment is particularly recommended for doors which will be situated less than 50m from the coastline.
